ALTEN, a leader in Engineering and IT Services, invites a Quality Engineer to join its aerospace team in Toulouse. You will implement APQP for aerospace projects, define processes, and monitor quality standards to support complex, highly regulated systems.

Responsibilities include risk assessment for changes, ensuring QA plans are followed, and evaluating results to drive action plans addressing quality gaps, in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an industrial environment and quality management.
• Experience in development/manufacturing/quality for complex/highly regulated systems.
• Proficiency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Implement APQP for aerospace projects and define the processes and quality standards.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure they are followed.
• Assess risks for major changes and ensure that the quality assurance plan is followed.
• Regularly evaluate results of quality analyses and implement action plans to address gaps.
