MaiaSpace, a European space tech company, seeks an experienced professional for an industrialization role. You will support activities for new products, coordinate between teams, and design logistics flows.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and 8-10 years in the field, with strong skills in MRP/ERP systems, Power BI, and a team-oriented approach. This position is based in Rezé, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of MRP/ERP, production planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Experience creating MBOMs and manufacturing routings.
• Good level in statistics and data analysis.
• Ability to create dashboards (Power BI or similar).
• Experience with supplier coordination appreciated.

• Support industrialization activities for new products.

• Analyze risks linked to ramp-up and supplier maturity.
