Launch System Engineer

Within MaiaSpace development teams, you will contribute to system engineering activities with a focus on launch system coherency and FM1 flight readiness. As a Launch System Engineer, you will support the on‑time delivery of the Flight Worthiness File for FM1, through requirement structuration, system validation management, and the development and maturation of system engineering tools and processes.

System Engineering

• Contribute to system engineering activities at launcher level.
• Support Model‑Based Engineering (MBE) approaches.
• Support the on‑time delivery of the Flight Worthiness File for FM1.

Requirements Management & Architecture

• Structure and capture system requirements.
• Support the maturation of FBS (Functional Breakdown Structure) and PBS (Product Breakdown Structure).
• Ensure consistency between system requirements and risk analysis.
• Manage the link between system requirements and requirements databases.

Validation & flight readiness

• Follow‑up of Key Characteristics (KC).
• Link between requirements and tests.
• Contribution to Operational Readiness (OR) activities.

Tools & processes

• Contribute to the development of system engineering tools and processes.
• Support the maturation of existing tools.
• Support the development of sequential tools related to validation and flight readiness.
