Job summary

Gama, Ivry-sur-Seine, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the execution of the Gama Wing deployable solar array program. You will report to the VP of Engineering and be the single point of accountability for delivery, with ownership of scope, schedule, budget and risk across design, manufacturing, supply chain, test and delivery.

You will drive trade decisions, maintain the master schedule, manage supplier lead times and lead stand-ups.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and hands-on hardware experience before moving into program execution.
• 5+ years on complex hardware programs with direct ownership of integrated schedule.
• Delivered hardware against fixed external deadlines and worked backwards from supplier lead times.
• Experience with change and configuration control on built hardware.
• Able to drive alignment across design, manufacturing, supply chain and test.
• Professional English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the Gama Wing: scope, schedule, budget, risk and cross-functional integration.
• Drive technical trade decisions with engineering leads.
• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule and identify critical path.
• Coordinate hardware delivery against commitments and supplier lead times.
• Lead daily and weekly program stand-ups and escalate early.
• Develop production ramp plans, capacity models and cost-reduction roadmaps.
• Own change and configuration control for flight and ground hardware.
• Define and report KPIs to leadership and exec team.
• Push program to go faster and remove blockers.
• Mentor junior project engineers.
