Line Up Aviation is recruiting a Field Service Engineer for a leading aerospace tooling support client. The role is permanent and full-time in Limoges-Fourches, with responsibilities spanning on-site diagnostics, quotes, and after-sales service across client sites and workshops.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 2-3 years in industry, and good French & English communication. A proactive, methodical approach to fieldwork is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in the industrial sector or similar
• Background in mechanical engineering is preferred
• Experience with aircraft tooling repair or related machinery is advantageous

Responsabilités

• Inspect systems and sub-assemblies to determine operations and parts needed
• Analyze client needs, develop work plans, allocate resources within time and budget constraints
• Provide after-sales service at client sites or in service workshops
• Maintain traceability, write diagnostic reports and describe malfunctions
• Prepare quotes aligned with profitability and negotiate terms with clients
• Develop service activity through prospecting, visits and service proposals
