Graitec Group is seeking an AEC Prototyping Engineer to transform architectural and civil concepts into rapid, testable prototypes and POCs. You will validate concepts with customers and work with R&D to scale successful ideas into Graitec capabilities.

You will collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, Customer Success and marketing to turn real needs into validated engineering workflows and product concepts, delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline, with practical engineering workflows.
• Experience delivering projects in AEC environments and rapid prototyping.
• Hands‑on Python scripting, APIs, data formats or automation tools.
• Experience working with Product, R&D or customer‑facing teams in agile settings.
• Strong ability to translate problems into testable workflows and prototypes.
• Comfort presenting proofs-of-concept and gathering user feedback.

Responsabilités

• Translate AEC use cases into rapid, working prototypes and POCs using the best tools.
• Build testable workflows around CAD/BIM, architecture, and design automation.
• Use AI-assisted development and APIs to accelerate experimentation.
• Document scope, assumptions, feedback and recommended next steps for Product and R&D.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Support and customers.
• Demonstrate prototypes to internal teams and customers, capture feedback, and iterate.
