A leading legal and business services firm in France is seeking a Business & Tech Transformation Advisor to support clients in operational strategy and project management. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, with strong communication skills in French and English. This position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience within the Financial Services sector.
• Solid knowledge/interest in Asset Management is a plus.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Business & Tech Transformation, Advisor

The business analyst will work closely with the project manager to support client on business strategy and project management.

Your role:

• Analysing and documenting operational business needs and identifying viable solutions;
• Identifying each client’s project and establishing customer classes as well as their characteristics;
• Conducting interviews to gather each client’s requirements (via questionnaires, surveys, site visits…);
• Analysing and checking these requirements for completeness, consistency; comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards;
• Contributing to commercial proposals, developing sector‑specific viewpoints, and supporting initiatives to grow strategic accounts;
• Participating in the firm’s internal dynamics

Your profile:

• You have a Master’s degree from a business or engineering school;
• You have 2 to 5 years’ experience within the Financial Services sector. A solid knowledge/interest in Asset Management will be a plus.
• You are able to provide work of high and consistent quality and respect tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment;
• You are fluent in French and English;
• You are skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• You are proactive, client‑driven and rigorous person with good presentation and communication skills.
