Overview

As part of the launch of our new subsidiary in France we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the setup and structuring of our French operations while working closely with the France / Belgium Director and our global teams.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage the overall administration of the French subsidiary (documents providers local authorities)
  • Support the setup and follow-up of all subsidiary activities (organization processes coordination)
  • Monitor budgets and contribute to reporting
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment of practices and procedures
  • Oversee local office management (supplies logistics workplace environment service providers facilities car leasing)
  • Organize and coordinate meetings travel and strategic files related to France / Belgium
Your profile
  • Proven experience in administrative and / or executive assistance
  • Excellent command of French & English (German is a plus)
  • You are located in Paris or in the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
  • You are looking for a part-time position
  • Strong rigor organization and ability to prioritize
  • Discretion autonomy and reliability
  • Mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail Docs Sheets Slides Drive Calendar)
  • Comfortable in an international and fast-evolving environment (subsidiary setup phase)
