You will play a critical role in the launch of our French subsidiary by managing administration and supporting various operational activities. Your tasks

As part of the launch of our new subsidiary in France, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the setup and structuring of our French operations, while working closely with the France / Belgium Director and our global teams.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage the overall administration of the French subsidiary (documents, providers, local authorities)
  • Support the setup and follow-up of all subsidiary activities (organization, processes, coordination)
  • Monitor budgets and contribute to reporting
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment of practices and procedures
  • Oversee local office management (supplies, logistics, workplace environment, service providers, facilities, car leasing)
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and strategic files related to France / Belgium
Your profile
  • Proven experience in administrative and / or executive assistance
  • Excellent command of French & English (German is a plus)
  • You are located in Paris or in the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
  • You are looking for a part-time position
  • Strong rigor, organization, and ability to prioritize
  • Discretion, autonomy, and reliability
  • Mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)
  • Comfortable in an international and fast-evolving environment (subsidiary setup phase)
