Your tasks
As part of the launch of our new subsidiary in France, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the setup and structuring of our French operations, while working closely with the France / Belgium Director and our global teams.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the overall administration of the French subsidiary (documents, providers, local authorities)
- Support the setup and follow-up of all subsidiary activities (organization, processes, coordination)
- Monitor budgets and contribute to reporting
- Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment of practices and procedures
- Oversee local office management (supplies, logistics, workplace environment, service providers, facilities, car leasing)
- Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and strategic files related to France / Belgium
Your profile
- Proven experience in administrative and / or executive assistance
- Excellent command of French & English (German is a plus)
- You are located in Paris or in the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
- You are looking for a part-time position
- Strong rigor, organization, and ability to prioritize
- Discretion, autonomy, and reliability
- Mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)
- Comfortable in an international and fast-evolving environment (subsidiary setup phase)
