constellr is seeking a Satellite Systems Engineer with ADCS experience to lead system engineering activities from design to launch and on-orbit operations. You will own the attitude control domain, ensuring pointing stability and mission performance across interfaces with Payload, Mission Operations, Flight Dynamics, and the satellite platform provider.

You will translate mission needs into clear ADCS requirements, review design documentation and verification evidence, and support operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, control, physics, or related technical discipline.
• At least 4 years of spacecraft industry experience (constellation programme experience is a strong plus).
• Demonstrable knowledge of requirements management, flow-down, verification, and close-out, and spacecraft subsystems testing/verification.
• Practical understanding of ADCS/GNC concepts: attitude sensors, actuators, attitude modes, pointing budgets, slew profiles, stability, disturbances.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact between engineering and programme management.
• Coordinate system-level reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, IRR, TRR) and verify interfaces and documentation.
• Translate payload imaging/pointing needs into ADCS requirements and interfaces.
• Support anomalies and provide input for operations, CONOPS, and mission procedures.
• Collaborate with Payload, Mission Operations, Flight Dynamics, and platform provider to ensure mission performance.
