Your responsibilities

As a project engineer, you are the key figure who combines technical know‑how with commercial insight. You supervise projects from start to finish and are the point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams.

• Commercial: you actively contribute to expanding the customer base, establish contacts, make appointments and follow up with customers.
• Analysis and solution: you study the customer's needs and translate these into appropriate technical and commercial solutions. You draw up quotations and validate them with the customer.
• Project management: you monitor the progress of projects and supervise progress and financial results. To this end, you work together with the design office and purchase specific materials if necessary.
• Implementation: you are the link between the customer and the implementation team, check the installations and ensure that each project is delivered correctly.

Your profile

• You combine technical expertise and commercial skills and preferably have several years of experience (at least 5 years).
• Knowledge of acoustic techniques, sheet metal working and/or ventilation is an advantage.
• You understand both the technical and financial aspects of a project.
• You are an industrial engineer or have equivalent experience.
• You work in a structured manner, are results‑oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• The role is based in Douvrin and regular attendance in Mouscron is expected due to close cooperation between the teams in Douvrin and Mouscron (head office).
