Formación

• Proven experience in buying, logistics, and merchandising.
• Strong brand sensibility aligned with aesthetic and values.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Genuine interest in independent fashion and product storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Bought-in calendar, gather brand assets prior to buying markets.
• Support the buying process and follow up on order status.
• Ensure timely availability and launch of goods to drive sales.
• Monitor weekly sales performance and provide insightful analysis.
• Oversee the supply chain process from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors for accurate billing.
• Gather product information and create references in internal database.
• Support coordination between brands and retail teams to improve sales.

Working closely with the Buying and Planning teams, the Buying Assistant supports the full lifecycle of partner brands products, from buying preparation and stock optimization to operational coordination, ensuring timely product launches and efficient logistics.

Main responsibilities

Merchandise Planning & Buying

• Manage the Bought-in calendar, gather brands assets prior to buying markets and book appointments with the brands.
• Support the buying process and followup on orders status
• Based on the delivery schedule and in collaboration with the Planning team, ensure the timely availability and launch of goods to drive sales
• Monitor weekly sales performance providing insightful analysis and recommendations for potential reordering opportunities

Operational management

• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the supply chain process from order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring timely shipments
• Accounting & Invoicing Follow-up: Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate billing and smooth financial reconciliation
• Product information: gathering product information and visuals from partner brands, creating the references in our internal database and communicating accurate information to internal Logistic, Sales, Ecom and Marketing teams
• Support the coordination between Brands and our Retail teams to improve sales performances in our physical stores
