A leading fintech company in Paris is seeking an experienced Accounting Lead to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with French accounting principles. The role involves leading monthly closing processes and preparing financial statements. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in accounting, are fluent in both French and English, and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

About the role
Trustpair is looking for an Accounting Lead to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and thorough documentation of financial data, delivering audit-ready reports across balance sheet and P&L accounts for our current group entities in France and the US.
As part of our Finance, Admin & Legal team, you'll consolidate and strengthen existing accounting processes and replicate them for any new legal entities joining the group.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee compliance and quality at every step.
This is a hybrid position with weekly presence required in our Paris office.
