Job summary

Linagora, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, seeks an accounting professional with a Bac+2 in accounting/finance and 2+ years of experience. You will manage cash, invoicing, payroll control, VAT declarations, and more within a small, collaborative team in a multi-company environment.

Excel and Sage 100 are primary tools; English proficiency is a plus. You will report to the Accounting Manager and collaborate with a general accountant. Telecommuting policy exists for many roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cash management.
• Project management: advise project managers, monitor services, alert on overspending/unfinished projects.
• Subcontracting management: reporting, contracts, purchase requests, monitoring, validation of services.
• Public procurement management: pledging receivables, subcontracting declarations, price updates, ChorusPro usage.
• Client file management: monitoring, renewals, archiving.
• Invoicing and factoring.
• Invoice collection (phone reminders, letters).
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with client administrative procedures.
• Reporting.
• Year-end closing entries.
• Payroll control.
• VAT & turnover declarations – CA3.

Job description

We prefer candidates with higher education (minimum Bac+2) in accounting or finance for better understanding of the role, along with at least 2 years of successful experience in an accounting position, ideally in the digital sector. We are looking for a communicative person with a service-oriented mindset, who is organized and meticulous in carrying out their tasks. A strong commitment to our organization for the long term is also essential. We primarily use Excel and Sage 100. Proficiency in English is a real asset. You will report to our Accounting Manager. Additionally, within this team, you will also collaborate with a general accountant. This is a small, friendly team working in a multi-company environment! You will be based at the company's headquarters, at "Villa GoodTech." The company has a telecommuting policy for many employees, supported by a charter.

Your Responsibilities

Your detailed responsibilities will include:

• Cash management
