London Stock Exchange Group in Paris offers an Account Manager Apprentice within the Data & Analytics Division. This 24‑month apprenticeship supports the regional managed accounts team and provides hands‑on exposure to client management, CRM, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will work with Account Managers to build relationships, learn market dynamics, and contribute to account plans, forecasting, and growth opportunities while developing your career in financial data and sales.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master degree starting Sep 2026, graduating 2028.
• Interest in financial markets, fintech and data solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Native or fluent French with strong English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Commercial mindset with interest in sales, account management and customer success.
• Previous internship or student experience in sales/consulting/finance/customer success/business development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Account Managers in managing a defined portfolio of accounts in France.
• Develop an understanding of clients' business models and objectives.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders and key decision makers.
• Contribute to account plans to support retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including interactions and pipeline updates.
• Support forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.
• Participate in customer meetings, reviews and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal resources to deliver value to clients.
• Conduct market and client research to identify opportunities.
• Assist with proposals, contract renewals and customer engagement.
• Support client events, webinars and marketing initiatives.
