About the Job

As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for the retention, satisfaction, and growth of a portfolio of 5 to 10 strategic accounts among our Top-20 clients. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure a 360° view of each account, strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand our collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall client relationship , ensuring trust and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and monitor performance against objectives.
  • Identify and capture opportunities across our full range of services.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives in collaboration with Business Managers.
  • Oversee master agreements and renewals , ensuring compliance and timely execution.
  • Maintain a strategic account plan for each client, ensuring alignment with Excelya’s growth objectives.

Your success will be measured by portfolio revenue growth, client satisfaction (NPS), RFP win rate, and the value evolution of existing platforms .

Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management or business development , in a B2B services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver on revenue and satisfaction targets.
  • Experience with contract management, renewals, and commercial negotiations .
Skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, including business reviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercial development expertise : cross-sell, upsell, and prospecting capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs (revenue, growth, NPS) and translate insights into action.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders (C-Level) .
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with Operations and Business Managers .
Education
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Languages
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
