Mirakl is seeking an Account Executive (German Speaking) for Mirakl Connect in Paris. You will drive new business in the DACH SMB segment, managing full sales cycles with a focus on closing deals and exceeding targets.

Join a global leader with 750+ employees across offices and collaborate with onboarding and success teams to ensure rapid value delivery while building strong relationships with sellers and brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new SMB sellers and brands — owning the full sales cycle from discovery and solution presentation through to negotiation and close.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Mirakl Connect's Channel Management solution, consulting with SMB clients to understand their needs and clearly articulate platform value.
• Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth integrations and accelerated time-to-value for new customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, track pipeline metrics, and surface market feedback to sharpen go-to-market strategy.
• Stay ahead of SMB landscape trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer challenges to continuously refine your sales approach and inform internal stakeholders.

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of the Connect Sales team led by Louise, Director of Sales Connect. The team consists of 8 Account Executive covering EMEA Scope. As the SMB Account Executive for the DACH region, you'll be driving new business growth by expanding Mirakl Connect's reach across the SMB segment and bringing more sellers and brands onto the platform in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your Impact

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment
