To support this ambition, we’re looking for a talented Account Executive to join our growing team and help shape the future of the industry!

📌 Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving RentalReady’s commercial success in France and other French-speaking markets.

You’ll work closely with your SDR counterpart to convert inbound leads and product demos into new customers — while representing RentalReady at key industry events and becoming the face of the brand in your market.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations to showcase the value of RentalReady to property managers. Example: Tailor each demo to the prospect’s workflow, highlighting how our automation and AI features can simplify their daily operations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call to negotiation and closing. Example: Understand each client’s needs, create proposals, and lead them confidently through the decision process.
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to maximize conversion rates and ensure lead quality. Example: Align weekly on demo feedback and pipeline priorities to drive better outcomes.
  • Represent RentalReady at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events. Example: Attend local and international short-term rental events, meet partners, and build visibility for the brand.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and smooth communication with management.
  • Share insights and market feedback with Product and Marketing to continuously improve our offer and positioning.
  • Be the face of RentalReady in the French market, building trust, visibility, and long-term relationships within the community.
🛠 What You Need to Succeed
  • Native French speaker, fluent in English (able to conduct demos in English).
  • Previous experience in the short-term rental or property management industry (even through an internship).
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — both online and in person.
  • Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing a CRM (HubSpot).
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
  • Excited to work in a fast‑paced scale‑up with a global footprint.
