Sanofi recherche un Accelerator Senior Software Platform Engineer pour Lyon, en mode hybride (2 jours à distance, 3 jours sur site). Vous contribuerez à créer les fondations et outils partagés pour accélérer les projets internes et faciliter le travail des équipes techniques internationales.

Qualifications

• La soif d’apprendre et d’évoluer dans un contexte international.
• Expérience avec des fournisseurs Cloud.
• Bonne maîtrise de JavaScript/Node.js et des outils IaC.
• Capacité à construire des bibliothèques et des outils utilisés par plusieurs équipes.
• Anglais obligatoire dans une équipe internationale.

Responsabilités

• Améliorer la Developer Experience et réduire la surcharge technique des squads/pods.
• Réaliser des PoC et déployer les solutions retenues.
• Soutenir et aider toutes les équipes lorsque nécessaire.
• Construire divers outils dans un grand ensemble d’environnements (CLI, bibliothèques, IaC, workflows).
• Rédiger des documents et recommandations sur les solutions cloud natives.

• CI configs and rules to be used by other teams
• IaC, tooling to deploy and monitor resources in the Cloud
• Development environment, tools and shared libraries
• Help and can define global system architecture / security
• Core abstractions (data model, business modeling) API/SDKs

• Improve the Developer eXperience

• PoC all things that could bring better standards - then deploy it!

• Build various tools in a large pool of environment (cli, libraries, IaC, workflow)

About you

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• The thirst for knowledge
• Experience working on Cloud Providers
• Good understanding of JavaScript / Node.js
• Experience of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS cdk or any others)
• Knowledge of building libraries and tools
• Knowledge of complex APIs systems (network, redundancy, security, logging, etc.)
• Keen to work in a cross team environment
• Help and support other teams
• Knowledge of all transversal activities is a plus (security, optimization, process, etc.)
• English is mandatory as we are an international team!

Your background

• 6+ years of experience but do not hesitate to apply if you think you have all the knowledge - this is non blocker
• No diploma is required but Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus
• Experience in an innovative / breaking walls environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
