In this role your mission is to spearhead the creation and implementation of eStudy Design, a groundbreaking digital product set to redefine how clinical trials are designed. By harnessing the power of diverse data sources, sophisticated methodologies, and cutting‑edge AI/GenAI, eStudy Design aims to generate trial protocols that are optimized‑by‑design.

The ambition is immense: accelerate clinical trial timelines by 15% and unlock €100 million in yearly cost savings, fundamentally changing the economics and speed of drug development.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee a high‑performing team delivering cutting‑edge solutions
• Define product strategies and champion a culture of innovation
• Ensure feature prioritization, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies
• Spearhead portfolio Governance with senior Business and Digital leadership
• Lead Pod staffing/budget to secure value delivery and key outputs
• Drive standardization of processes, tools, and technologies across the Accelerator teams
• Promote skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth

About you

You’ll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare company, as well as experience of:

• AI/GenAI model industrialization
• Defining an executing product strategies and roadmaps which deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives
• Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design, and Integration
• Making commercially and strategically sound decisions

You’ll also need the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Track‑record of problem‑solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
