Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks an A400M Flight Management System (FMS) Design Work Package Leader to join the E2E Mission & Functions department. You will lead the FMS/AN design office in shaping Flight Management and Airport Navigation systems for current and future Airbus aircraft.

Based in Toulouse, you will drive system design activities, coordinate multinational suppliers, and steer cross-functional interfaces with flight test teams, safety, and certification programs

Responsabilités

• Scoping and Requirements Definition: Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and address development requests for the A400M FMS.
• System Design Leadership: Lead the definition activities and design processes for the next A400M Flight Management System standards.
• Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Manage and oversee a major multi-national supplier and various subcontractors involved in the Work Package.
• Transnational Coordination and Interfaces: Drive a wide network of multidisciplinary interfaces, including laboratory and flight test teams, aircraft programs, safety, certification, and airworthiness.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: Support the optimization of design processes, drive knowledge capitalization, and foster new ways of working within the design office.
