Job summary

Sanofi in Paris is seeking a six-month internship in communications and project engagement within our digital team. You will help raise internal product visibility and user engagement through compelling content across internal platforms.

You will support Product Owners in planning campaigns, analyze engagement metrics, and develop presentations for leadership reviews, accelerator events, and product showcases.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communication, marketing or digital management.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience in content creation and copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Participer au suivi des indicateurs d’engagement, à la collecte des retours utilisateurs et à l’optimisation des communications en fonction des interactions et des performances.

• Contribuer à la création de présentations et de supports de communication pour les revues de leadership, les événements Accelerator, les showcases produits et les initiatives de sensibilisation internes.
• Collaborer avec les Product Owners et développer une expérience en gestion de produits digitaux dans un environnement international.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in creating and publishing engaging content across internal social platforms and collaboration channels to increase product visibility and awareness
• Take part in monitoring engagement metrics, in gathering user feedback, and in optimizing communications based on user interactions and performance
• Support Product Owners in planning and coordinating internal communication campaigns and maintaining an active product presence
• Contribute to developing presentations and communication assets for leadership reviews, accelerator events, product showcases, and internal awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Owners and gain exposure to digital product management, user engagement, and change management in a global environment

About you

• Soft and technical skills: good communication, creativity, proactivity. Experience in content creation and copywriting, proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and AI tools, strong interest in digital products, innovation, and employee experience
• Education: Master’s degree in communication, marketing, digital communication or in management
• Languages: english fluent

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : communication, créativité, force de proposition. Expérience en création de contenus et en copywriting, maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 et des outils d’IA, intérêt pour les produits digitaux, l’innovation et l’expérience collaborateur
• Éducation : bac+5 en communication, marketing, communication digitale ou en management
• Langues : obligation anglais courant
