Responsabilités

• Work alongside bankers and product partners to execute transactions from initial pitch through marketing to close.
• Prepare marketing materials for client meetings covering financing alternatives, strategic options, and industry analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to support financing and investment banking transactions.
• Draft internal memos and briefings for senior Management and decision-making committees.
• Support the assessment of deal profitability and alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.
• Assist senior bankers and product partners in managing key client relationships, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
• Support origination efforts by helping identify and develop new revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients.
• Contribute to country-level reporting and data management.

Global Corporate Banking (GCB) serves companies that require both traditional commercial banking services and investment banking solutions. Within GCB, the MidCap team partners with medium-sized companies to help them achieve their short- and long-term growth objectives. This involves working closely with our product partners - including our Investment Bank (M&A, Industry Coverage, DCM, and ECM), Payments, and Markets (FX and Rates hedging) across a broad range of industries to deliver tailored financing solutions and strategic advisory.

Job Summary

As a 2027 Corporate & Investment Bank - Global Corporate Banking Program – Mid-Cap - Off-Cycle Internship (January-June or July-December) Paris withinJPMorgan Chase,you will work alongside senior Bankers to develop Investment Banking deliverables, including marketing materials for live transactions and pitch books. You will prepare credit approval packages, build financial models, and conduct research on clients and markets. A core part of your role will involve analysing lending requests from clients and prospects — collaborating with credit underwriting teams on in-depth due diligence, structuring, and documentation of credit proposals. Beyond analytical work, you will play an integral part in helping the team originate, manage, and strengthen client relationships across France, in close coordination with the senior Bankers based in Paris.
