As Senior Manager, Electrical, Electronic and Connected Device Safety and Compliance, you will report to the Global Director - Medical Devices and Aesthetic Beauty within the SRCM team of L'Oréal R&I. You will work within a dynamic and international team, collaborating closely with R&I teams (particularly the Augmented Beauty team), Marketing, and Production. This role will allow you to contribute directly to L'Oréal's innovation by ensuring the safety and compliance of our connected beauty devices.
You will join a highly strategic and collaborative management team, composed of two other experienced managers. This key role will allow you to directly influence strategic decisions regarding safety and compliance and to collaborate closely with high-level experts within L'Oréal R&I. The environment encourages autonomy, initiative, and skills development.
Our 4,100 R&I experts at L'Oréal use science and technology to invent safe, reliable, sustainable, and responsible beauty products and experiences that will change people's lives. The Augmented Beauty team, with whom you will work closely, is at the forefront of innovation in connected beauty devices. We are currently leading ambitious projects in partnership with innovative startups to develop personalized solutions based on AI and data analysis. L'Oréal is also investing heavily in research on the cybersecurity of connected objects, and this role will play a key part in securing and protecting our users' data, thereby contributing to maintaining the trust of our customers.
