Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role supporting a global online community. Relocation support to Greece is available to help you settle smoothly this summer.

You will communicate in Swedish and English, provide empathetic assistance, investigate issues, and advocate for safety and product understanding. A relocation package includes EU flight, airport pickup, and a monthly performance bonus up to 250 EUR.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
• Previous customer support experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
