FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fully remote team supporting a global online community. Relocation support to Greece is available for EU candidates; you will work remotely while settling into Greece.

You'll communicate in Swedish and English, provide empathetic support, and investigate account issues and content reports.

You will use data insights to improve the user experience, advocate for safety, and grow with an international mission-driven group.
