FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a global online community from a fully remote setup with relocation assistance to Greece. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, and you will help users, investigate issues, and advocate for safety while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Relocation support includes flights within the EU and airport pickup, with a performance bonus up to 250 gross/month.

• Fluency in Finnish and English required.
• Experience in customer support or service roles preferred.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities are essential.
• A solutions‑driven mindset and a passion for helping others.
