Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a global online community. Relocate to Greece this summer and work fully remotely.

You will provide empathetic support, investigate issues, advocate safety, and use data to improve the user experience. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.

Relocation package includes EU flight and airport pickup; performance bonus up to 250 EUR gross/month, with an international team embracing the Greek lifestyle.
