Qualifications

• Strong technical background in wireless communication and mobile networks.
• Knowledge of 3GPP and ORAN standards.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing wireless systems; developing simulators.
• Proven software development skills in Matlab, C/C++, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts in 5G-Advanced and 6G research within the RRM area.
• Drive the development of new features, protocols, and standards for future wireless systems.
• Work with measurements, simulations, and PoC setups to validate concepts.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate technical plans clearly.
