Job summary

Lapland Staff Oy seeks Safari Guides for the 2026–2027 winter season across Luosto, Levi, Saariselkä, Ylläs and Olos. You will guide guests on snowshoe safaris, husky visits, reindeer farms, and snowmobiles while ensuring safety and high-quality experiences.

Role involves outdoor work in all weather, clothing fitting for guests, equipment maintenance, and occasional bus tours. English fluency is required; French/German/Italian/Spanish are advantages.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding outdoor/adventure activities is preferred.
• Willingness to work long days in all weather.
• French language knowledge is a bonus; English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead safaris and activities for international guests.
• Prepare safari programs and guide guests end-to-end.
• Assist guests with winter clothing and equipment maintenance.
• Support equipment team and handle after-safari tasks.
