Job summary

JD Sports Fashion plc in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an In Store Merchandiser to join our dynamic store team at Sello. You will craft eye-catching window displays and in-store layouts, engaging customers with the latest street fashion trends and maximizing profitability through creative visuals.

You will follow weekly merchandising briefs, set up promotions with POS, train fellow team members, and contribute to seasonal changes across mannequins, displays and windows.

Qualifications

• Visual Merchandising or Retail Experience is advantageous.
• Excellent Time Management Skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be creative, imaginative and have a flair for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Create window and in-store displays aligned with weekly merchandising briefs.
• Attract and motivate customers using visual techniques and promotions via POS.
• Ensure mannequins, displays and windows change with seasons and events.
• Lead training and development on merchandising and display within the store.
• Provide feedback to Senior Manager on merchandising activities.
