Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Always be a team player with the customers in focus.
• Customer Service: To maintain and improve the level of customer service.

• Customer Service: To direct customers to appropriate stock and alternatives when needed.
• Customer Service: To inform customers about new stock or future needs.
• Customer Service: Ensure courteous, considerate service that encourages return visits.
• Sales: To attend to and sell to as many customers as possible.
• Sales: To handle multiple customers and work with the team to ensure coverage.
• Sales: To become familiar with stock layouts and maximize sales opportunities.
• Sales: To ensure up-to-date promotions and presentation of stock.
• Sales: To call for assistance and utilise selling skills including accessories.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining shop floor standards.
• Visual Merchandising: Keep stock clean and presentable.
• Visual Merchandising: Replenish stock levels and keep full size range on floor where possible.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure pricing accuracy and updated displays.
• General: Comply with company rules and policies.
• General: Maintain appearance and wear staff uniform as provided.
• General: Keep stock areas and staff facilities tidy and orderly.
• General: Assist in unloading deliveries and moving stock as required.
• General: Deputize for other staff and carry out other duties as required.
