Job summary

JD Sports Fashion Finland Oy in Espoo is seeking an in-store Merchandiser to boost sales through creative displays and up-to-date fashion visuals. You will manage window and in-store displays, following the store's visual briefs and seasonal calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail environments is a plus.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and fashion-forward with a flair for presentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement in-store.
• Attract customers using advanced visual techniques.
• Rotate mannequins, displays and windows with seasons.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions with POS.
• Provide training and support for team development in merchandising.
• Communicate feedback to Senior Manager on merchandising activity.
• Lead by example and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
