Job description

We are looking for a TRAFFIC INSTRUCTOR for the Finnish Defence Forces driver training at the Pori Brigade in Säkylä!

We are looking for a person to act as a traffic instructor in the teaching of different driver's license categories and as a professional competence trainer in professional competence training, which is implemented as part of the Finnish Defence Forces driver training. Theory teaching is implemented mainly as contact teaching in the units of the Finnish Defence Forces.

From the traffic instructor, we expect stress tolerance and a responsible work approach. You will fit into our group if you have a good customer-oriented attitude, your own funny sense of humor and innate patience, which is needed in teaching jobs. Requirements

Requirements for the task are a traffic instructor's license, license categories BECE, experience in professional competence training and teaching of heavy license categories as well as a valid professional competence for road transport. We consider qualifications for other license categories and the readiness to teach them as an advantage. In addition, we expect agility in operating in various digital channels. A security clearance will be made for the persons selected for the task.
