Job summary

CAP-Autokoulu Oulu etsii pysyvään työsuhteeseen ajokoulun opettajaa. Tehtävässä opetat B-luokan ajoa, suunnittelet ja toteutat tuntisuunnitelmat sekä asetat oppilaille turvalliset, selkeät tavoitteet.

Sopeudut oppilaiden tarpeisiin, hyödynnät digitaalisia opetusvälineitä ja hallinnoit sähköisiä oppikirjoja. Teet tiimityötä muun henkilöstön kanssa ja osallistut opetuksen sekä asiakaskokemuksen kehittämiseen.

Qualifications

• Valid driving instructor license.
• Strong pedagogical and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and cooperative attitude.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Fluency in Finnish and good English.
• Good IT skills with readiness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Opeta B-luokan ajoa, suunnittele ja toteuta tuntisuunnitelmat sekä pidä tavoitteet selkeinä ja turvallisina.
• Sopeudu oppilaiden tarpeisiin ja pidä sähköisiä oppilastietoja ajan tasalla.
• Hyödynnä digitaalisia opetusvälineitä ja tee yhteistyötä muun henkilöstön kanssa.
• Osallistu opetuksen ja asiakaskokemuksen kehittämiseen.
• Työtön 08:00–18:00 arkipäivisin CAP-Autokoulun Oulun toimipisteissä.

Job description

Haluaisitko olla edistämässä liikenneturvallisuutta Suomen suurimmassa autokouluketjussa? We are looking for a Driving Instructor for a permanent position at CAP-Autokoulu Oulu area (Oulu City Centre, Kempele, Kaakkuri) locations.

You can be an experienced instructor or a driving instructor trainee who has completed 2.1 degree module and some independent teaching experience. We tailor the role to your skills, experience and regional preferences.

You will play a key role in helping students become safe and responsible drivers, working with other staff and being a part of the daily operations.

You will teach B-class driving, plan and conduct lessons safely and with clear objectives, adapt to student needs, manage electronic student records, utilize digital teaching tools, collaborate with other staff, and contribute to teaching and customer experience development.

Work Locations & Hours

The work shifts are 08:00-18:00 on weekdays at CAP-Autokoulu Oulu locations with potential duties at other sites.

Employment follows the Liikenneopetusalan työehtosopimus.
