Elekta in Helsinki is seeking a Product Owner for Treatment Planning Systems. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, translate clinical needs into clear requirements, and guide development teams through implementation in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will collaborate with Product Management, UX, Regulatory, QA and clinical partners, ensuring solutions meet patient needs. Fluent English, 3+ years radiotherapy experience, and hands-on TPS use are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in medical Radiation Physics, Medical Physics or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in radiotherapy and clinical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and radiotherapy treatment planning.
• Experience with regulated medical device software, including quality, risk management, verification and validation.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering, from user needs through to system requirements.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog with development teams.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, UX, Regulatory, Quality Assurance and Verification teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the product backlog for the assigned product, ensuring customer and other requirements are planned, designed, implemented and delivered as specified.
• Partner with Product Management and other Product Owners to understand user needs and formulate customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Development Teams, Architects and Engineering to create requirements.
• Work with UX to design user interfaces in line with Elekta design guidelines.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal and Quality Assurance to incorporate regulatory and quality requirements and provide input throughout development.
• Drive exploratory testing in clinically relevant environments and scenarios to ensure the product solves the right problems.
• Analyze, prioritize and incorporate customer and clinical feedback into ongoing development to support high product quality.
