Job summary

Aalto University invites applications for the role of Community Coordinator for TiLA!, a joint initiative with Aalto University Campus & Real Estate and City of Espoo. You will foster a thriving creative community on the Otaniemi campus, organizing events, partnerships and services that support entrepreneurs.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to build the TiLA! ecosystem within Aalto Studios, balancing on-site and remote activities, with a fixed-term arrangement from Nov 1, 2026 to Dec

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Experience in arts, culture or creative sectors is valued.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Wamiliarity with digital systems and office software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Piloting and developing TiLA! services and community activities.
• Identify creative sector players and promote the space concept.
• Coordinate leasing, contracting, and tenant relationships.
• Build a collaborative, inspiring atmosphere for creative work.
• Connect TiLA! with Aalto University innovation ecosystem and Espoo services.
• Facilitate interactions between creatives and other disciplines.
