  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual and professional with consistent attendance.
  • Strong verbal communication and a guest-first demeanour.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare therapy rooms before each service to ensure a clean, calm, welcoming environment.
  • Turn rooms over efficiently between clients, sanitizing high-touch areas and changing linens.
  • Stock and organize oils, lotions, tools and other supplies throughout the day.
  • Greet guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate therapist or waiting area.
  • Communicate timing updates between practitioners, guests, and front desk.
  • Maintain hygiene standards per company policies, including floor sanitation.
  • Assist with laundry drop-off and pickup for therapy rooms.
  • Report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Support opening and closing duties for therapy areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bathhouse is seeking an attentive, organized, and hands‑on Therapies Attendant to join our team. This role serves as an important link between practitioners (Massage Therapists & Scrub Technicians) and guests, ensuring therapy rooms are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked. The Therapies Attendant is responsible for maintaining linens, oils, and lotions, turning rooms over efficiently between services, and helping uphold Bathhouse’s standards of care and presentation.

RESPONIBILITIES
  • Prepare therapy rooms before each service to ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment.
  • Turn rooms over efficiently between clients, including sanitizing high‑touch areas and replacing linens.
  • Stock and organize oils, lotions, tools, and other supplies as needed throughout the day.
  • Greet guests warmly and help direct them to the appropriate therapist or waiting area when needed.
  • Help communicate timing updates between practitioners, guests, and the front desk.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies, including squeegeeing the floor around the amenity space.
  • Assist with laundry drop‑off and pickup for therapy rooms as needed.
  • Report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Support opening and closing duties for therapy areas.
  • Uphold Bathhouse brand standards, supporting a peaceful and professional guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service; experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable performing cleaning duties in guest‑facing spaces.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional; consistent attendance is an essential function of the role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a calm, guest‑first demeanor.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Hourly rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
