Job summary

Vaski Group in Hyvinkää is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for the After Sales team. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with product development, and support service technicians to solve on-site challenges.

Ideal candidates have electrical/automation training, strong technical chops, and experience in B2B tech support, with Metalix CAM, Siemens Simatic, ERP/CRM, and MS 365 proficiency. Finnish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

Educational background in electrical or automation engineering or equivalent experience
Strong technical understanding with quick product learning
Experience in customer service or technical support in a B2B environment
Familiarity with Metalix CAM and Siemens Simatic
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Proficient Microsoft 365 skills
Fluent Finnish and English; other languages are a plus
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Receive and log inquiries from After Sales customers and log into the system
Troubleshoot technical issues or coordinate with product development when needed
Support service technicians with technical questions and on-site challenges
Assist with spare parts inquiries
Report and categorize technical support cases in the system
Prepare work instructions and technical bulletins
Organize internal training for service technicians
Monitor customer satisfaction in the assigned area
