Job summary

Vaski Group in Hyvinkää is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for the After Sales team. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with product development, and support service technicians to solve on-site challenges.

Ideal candidates have electrical/automation training, strong technical chops, and experience in B2B tech support, with Metalix CAM, Siemens Simatic, ERP/CRM, and MS 365 proficiency. Finnish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Educational background in electrical or automation engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong technical understanding with quick product learning
• Experience in customer service or technical support in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with Metalix CAM and Siemens Simatic
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Proficient Microsoft 365 skills
• Fluent Finnish and English; other languages are a plus
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Receive and log inquiries from After Sales customers and log into the system
• Troubleshoot technical issues or coordinate with product development when needed
• Support service technicians with technical questions and on-site challenges
• Assist with spare parts inquiries
• Report and categorize technical support cases in the system
• Prepare work instructions and technical bulletins
• Organize internal training for service technicians
• Monitor customer satisfaction in the assigned area

As a result of our strong growth, we are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our After Sales team in Hyvinkää. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, coordinating support activities with product development, and monitoring and managing technical support cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Receiving and logging inquiries from After Sale customers
• Troubleshooting technical issues or coordinating solutions wit product development when needed
• Supporting service technicians with technical questions and on-site challenges
• Assisting with spare parts inquiries
• Reporting and categorizing technical support cases in the system
• Preparing work instructions and technical bulletins
• Organizing internal training sessions for service technicians
• Monitoring customer satisfaction within your area

What we are looking for:

• A relevant educational background, such s a qualification in electrical or automation engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical understanding or the ability to quickly learn our products and technical solutions
• Experience in customer service or technical support in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with product software and control systems such as Metalix CAM and Siemens Simatic
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Good Microsoft 365 skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
