We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive complex product development projects from concept through prototype and implementation. This role is ideal for a hands‑on project manager with a strong engineering background and a proven track record of successfully managing cross‑functional research and development projects within an industrial or engineering environment.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing project plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring that project deliverables are achieved on time and within scope. You will play a key role in prototype development projects, driving accountability, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate combines technical understanding with strong project leadership skills. You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic R&D environment. You take ownership of project outcomes, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and can drive execution while maintaining a strategic perspective.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, building consensus, and ensuring that projects move forward through proactive planning, structured follow‑up, and a strong focus on results.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
