Job summary

Abloy Oy, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is hiring a Team Lead for the ABLOY Services unit, Service Operations. You will oversee a design-services-focused expert team, coordinate operational activities, plan resources, and schedule work to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

The role involves collaborating with the sales organisation, customers, architects, builders and locksmith partners, and participating in design projects and site surveys to ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading a professional team.
• Managing operations and projects.
• Strong communication and customer orientation.
• Proactive and structured approach.
• A technical or business degree (e.g., engineer or AMK bachelor).
• Fluency in Finnish and good English.

Job description

We are hiring a Team Lead for the ABLOY Services unit, Service Operations, to oversee a design-services-focused expert team. The role is responsible for coordinating the team’s operational activities, resource planning, and scheduling, driving process improvements, and strengthening collaboration with stakeholders. You will lead the design services professionals to ensure the strategy and service promises are delivered as high-quality customer-centric solutions.

The team operates mainly in Southern and Western Finland, with preferred offices in Espoo, Tampere or Turku. The role offers flexible hybrid work and some travel within Finland. You will collaborate with the sales organisation, customers, architects, builders and locksmith partners, and participate in design projects and site surveys to ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality services.
