Job summary

Join a Finnish nuclear technology company developing a Small Modular Reactor (SMR) designed to deliver safe, scalable, carbon-free heat for district heating and industrial use. As Systems Engineering Lead, you’ll lead design reviews and ensure traceability between requirements, design and evidence. This is a hands‑on, technically‑led role with no direct reports, but with real influence across every engineering discipline on the project.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and coordinate design reviews at system and plant level, including architecture, integration and interface assessments
• Review engineering documentation (MBSE models, architectures, schematics, requirements) for verifiability and testability
