Job summary

iLOQ Oy in Oulu is seeking a Supply Chain Capability Manager to ensure readiness for new products and drive industrialization and scalable production. You will work across Supply Chain, R&D programs, Manufacturing and Product Management to enable successful launches and robust operations.

The role emphasizes building capability, coordinating ramp-ups, and mitigating risks while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in global supply chain operations; experience in product development programs is an advantage.
• Strong project management experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and their impact on supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supply chain activities in selected product development programs.
• Ensure required supply chain capability is established for new products and technologies.
• Drive supply chain tasks and deliverables throughout program gate processes.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and coordinate build activities during program execution.
• Lead supply chain activities in product transfer projects.
• Coordinate engineering change implementation during program phases.
• Plan and facilitate product ramp-ups and ramp-downs with key stakeholders.
• Ensure manufacturing capability, capacity and quality requirements are met for successful product introduction.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks throughout program execution.
• Secure adequate supply chain resources for program activities in collaboration with line managers.
• Contribute to supply chain development initiatives and other cross-functional projects.
