Job summary

Patria is a defense technology company with over 100 years of experience. We are seeking a practical and development‑minded Logistics Supervisor to lead the internal logistics team in a demanding aerospace manufacturing environment. The role is based mainly on site at Hallin and focuses on supporting production and material flows, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations, and developing the team. The supervisor will manage a small team (about six people), monitor KPIs, train and onboard staff, and collaborate with production, other logistics functions, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The position emphasizes people leadership and hands‑on problem solving in a tightly controlled setting with strong emphasis on safety and process discipline.
