Job summary

KTS SOLUTION OY is seeking an experienced shipyard supervisor to oversee shipbuilding projects and coordinate work phases from planning to delivery. You will manage welding, installation, and shipyard operations, ensuring quality, safety and on-time progress.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in shipbuilding or shipyard supervision, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to read drawings and 3D models, with collaboration across design, production and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in shipbuilding or shipyard environments.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Understanding of 3D models and technical drawings.
