Ship-Ps in Finland is seeking an experienced Foreman to organize production processes on a shipbuilding project and coordinate team operations.

You will lead 15–20 hull production staff, plan work to the schedule, monitor progress, perform visual inspections, and participate in progress presentations with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Responsible attitude, good planning and organizational abilities
• Ability to evaluate welding and assembly quality
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
