Job summary

Turun Seudun Vesi Oy is seeking a summer worker for the Tekopohjavesilaitos site to join the maintenance team. The role involves assisting with mechanical maintenance, instrument servicing, chemical handling and routine plant rounds.

The position runs May–August 2026 and is suitable for students studying machine and production engineering, mechanical maintenance or process engineering who have an interest and possibly prior experience in machinery and process work.

Qualifications

• Current student in machine and production engineering, mechanical maintenance or process engineering.
• Interest and possibly prior experience in machinery and process work.
• Possession of a safety card and driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with permanent maintenance staff in mechanical maintenance, instrument servicing, chemical handling and plant rounds.
• Contribute to routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Support safety procedures and housekeeping on site.
