Job summary

Amiko Tampere Oy in Finland seeks an energetic maintenance assistant to support our production environment. You will perform maintenance, repair and servicing of equipment with a hands-on approach, tackling varied tasks to keep production running smoothly.

The role involves shift work and offers onboarding, opportunities to develop practical skills, a collaborative team atmosphere, and a six-month fixed-term contract with potential progression after six months.

Job description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join the maintenance team. The job involves versatile maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the production environment. Workdays are varied, and you will use your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new things. Tasks include maintenance, repair, and servicing of equipment and machines, and other practical duties to support production continuity. The work is performed in shifts.

Previous experience in maintenance or technical tasks is an asset but not required. A good attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn are most important. You are a hands-on doer who tackles tasks bravely and enjoys varied responsibilities.
