Job summary

JD Sports Fashion Finland Oy in Espoo is seeking an In Store Merchandiser to support visual merchandising, create window and in-store displays, and drive profitability through enticing visual concepts. As part of the in-store team, you will follow weekly merchandising briefs, rotate mannequins and displays across seasons, set up promotions with POS, and analyze sales data to optimize floor moves.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising or retail experience is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Be creative, imaginative and fashion-driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide visual support to the store with engaging product placement and displays.
• Create window and in-store displays and rotate them seasonally.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
• Analyse sales figures to inform product placement and floor moves.
• Train and mentor team members on merchandising and display best practices.
